The Building Process

  • Initial Consultation
    • Meet with the builders to at no cost to collaborate on ideas and get a general idea of cost breakdowns. Bring a blueprint or choose from one of our floor plans. If no lot is purchased at this time, we can help you find one among several of the major developers in the surrounding area that we work with directly. 
  • Meeting with one of our preferred lenders
    • We will set you up with one of our preferred lenders to help determine the budget that most comfortably fits your financial situation. Our lenders are also great in helping you choose the best financing options that allow us to proceed to the construction phase as efficiently as possible. 
  • Selections
    • Prior to construction, a few selections must be made to nail down a budget and get the ball rolling. From cabinets and flooring to paint colors and light fixtures, our professional vendors make this process as fun and stress free as possible! 
  • Construction begins
    • Once the crucial details are ironed out, the construction begins! Our builders are on site daily to help ensure no detail is missed. We take pride in our scheduling efficiency to ensure progress is made daily. We understand the value of our client’s time and make it a personal goal of ours to have homes completed in 90-120 days from the day we break ground. 
  • Final walk through
    • When the construction is complete and the house is cleaned up a final walk through is done. Any questions or concerns can be brought up then as well as any final tweaks and touch ups that need to be made. When our client is happy we move to closing and the keys are yours!
